Life in motion

This was from train journey in India Delhi to Bangalore. All the images are taken from moving train. Its really fascinating to travel in train in India. you meet different people and see different places and the landscape will change in a while. Fun journey and can take a lot of pics as well.
This one is one of the old signal tower before we enter the mountains. There is only one way in and one way out and very narrow passage. I used to read stories about this placed and people who operate trains in such places. Life is tough.
Just a view.
Passing a narrow bridge
Lines man giving signal to pass...
This was a cool view. Hope you all enjoy it as much I did making these images.

Fireworks

Happy 4th of july to everyone at US. Here is one of fireworks captured in Nepal during festival of  lights referred as Tihar(Deepvali). Best way to capture them is to have long exposure and to control the ambient use low ISO and also Aperture. Really good tripod is the most and with out that its not even worth to get started

Tools and Artist, See the difference

Here is something for all the people who brag about the camera gear and always comment saying " Your camera must be good as it takes good pictures".
Its the photographer who takes the pictures, camera is like paint brush for painter. Tools are used to make art and the artist does the job of making them. Of course with better tools artist has more options however that does not mean that is the only thing artist depends on.

Trip to Masangudi

We have been to Masangudi during the weekend and the sight was amazing. Once a while its good to have a getaway to the nature. Located around Bandipur National Park and Mudumalai National Park you will see lush green forest full with lots of flora and fauna. You will definitely see a lot of langur and other monkeys

. Also to see list will include Elephants and deers. As you have to pass through the high way NH67 which goes through the jungle if you keep your eyes open you will see a lot of animals and birds in the wild. I was not very active while I was there however I was able to get few good shots :)

Another Macro. The bees were busy and so was I :)

In the  morning at around 6AM we were leaving for a trek and we could see the bud of the lotus and by the time we came back at around 10AM the lotus was fully bloomed.
Langur sitting on the tree. They are very comic like character.
We shaw this tusker just fooling around in the jungle. Better to be far away from him
This image was take in pitch dark in ISO 6400, the image looks more like oil painting.
Every once a while you would see the mountains covered with clouds as if the clouds are coming from inside and there is cloud factory. Amazing site, one minute we have full cloud and the other moment all gone. Hope you enjoy the images. If you need more then I would recommend you better go there :)

8 Days in Nepal

Elephant Shower, Purely Natural :)

Here is another one from 8 Days in Nepal. Well I could not stop myself and wanted to share this one as well. I am working on a full project write up from the experience I had in those 8 days and wanted to share the same with all of you. Due to busy schedule of work and not being able to find time to put up my thought and work its being delayed for ever however I think I might finish it up in few more days. I am also thinking to pursuit my passion towards wild life nature and photography yes and that means making this things my work so I can be busy doing thing I love doing. Hope you enjoy this image. This one is elephant shower.

From 8 Days in Nepal

I never got a chance to upload this picture of Narayani the tiger in Chitwan National Park. Her mother was accused to be a man-eater as the villagers told me and her mother and 2 other cubs where killed by the villagers however Narayani was rescued. She still lives in the sanctuary in a enclosed place. As she has lived in captivity in the sanctuary for so long the wild life officials there believe she would not survive in the wild so they continue to keep her there where she is safe from other predators(humans) however se is definitely living a solitary life. You will find her behind the crocodile breeding farm in the heart of the Chitwan National Park with in a enclosure.

Good news is now the locals are working to conserve this rare species and work toward living in harmony. People are learning if we don't act some day we will no longer have these amazing majestic creature among us.
Lets do our part in saving what is left of the nature and its wonders.
