8 days in Nepal

Hi if any one is there, this is from my recent trip to Nepal. I am from Nepal "now u know" so you must be wondering why I have mentioned "8 days in Nepal" as I am always there. Well this time I spent 8 day to capture few places in Nepal which show what Nepal is all about and why it is referred as Switzerland for this part of Asia(In early internet age one person my brother was chatting with said he thought Nepal is just mountains and people living in cave and was amazed to know we have internet as well:). Well I have not been able to visit all the placed there however I tried my best to be at the places I can. I was able to got the Himalayas almost"Ian I will make it next time", to one to the wild life sanctuary "Chitwan", City of temples also capital of Nepal " Kathmandu" and not to forget birth place of lord BUDDHA "Lumbini" (I live there). Most of the time I spent in Chitwan however all of this places are breathtaking even for me. I was able to be at places at most unusual times where I was totally captivated. I am not a man of many words when it comes to writing " Or typing in this case" all I can say is you have to be there to understand what I am saying. There is one person I know will agree with me on this one as he was with me and he had opportunity to see the Himalayas for the first time with is eyes(not in images or TV) and I know he was completely lost and that made me think........ I am sure U will get an answer to what I was thinking from the person who helped me with this trip to come true. This thread is to my friend Shriraj. Enjoy the images "I enjoyed every moment taking them". ( please ignore the water mark as I saw many people copying images I could not help it, if you want I can help you to get there).

This is not all, I am not even started this is just Pokhara, tribute to my friend. You will be seeing more may be in few minutes.

Nikon D90 Images

Hi all, I have finally got the new Nikon D90 and here are few images I took. Really good performance. I am not really good at providing reviews however I would say the image quality is really stunning. Overall performance of the camera is really good.

These are few images taken from D90 with Tamron AF70-300mm F/4-5.6 Di LD Macro lens. This is non VR " Nikon terminology " lens however good performance. Make sure to brace yourself while clicking the images. For the price it is very good lens.

Trip to South Coorg

This is from my recent visit of south part of the Coorg(Kaimane). This place is known as Scotland of India. I was pouring cats and dogs from the time we reached there till the time we left from there. You can really enjoy the weather there.

You have really beautiful view of the tea estate.

This place you can do a lot of things, as you can figure from the pics first one would be nature photography, second one would be trekking, hiking or in season you can even go for rafting.

People in action. Bikash our rafting guide and trainer was amazing. He is the one with white helmet.

Dirt race Palace ground

Well this is one event in B'lore and half the day it was sunny and the other half it was raining so you can imagine. Overall some really good performance from bikes to cars. We could see man and machine at the best :) however there was some really disappointing moment. 2 car's bit the dust as the gearbox got conked....Overall fun full event as usual.

One interesting incident in 4X4 class where navigator and his driver both from same team where participating separately ( as this is a very small track navigator is not required) and surprise was the navigator was faster then the driver himself.

Also this was one of the very amazing car probably one of the fastest.

He is just 13 years( If I remember correctly) and was able to mark his place in the competition in two of the event. Absolutely amazing View album

Early morning moth sitting on flower looks good.

This is just before dry season and the fire is actually set by forest department referred as controlled fire so the forest won't catch fire later in dry season.
